Yes, through Kombo. Today that connector reads concludis job data and screening questions, so you can tie a Pescheck package to each vacancy per subsidiary or branch. Whether applicants and their status can also be exchanged depends on your concludis setup and API access, which our integration team checks with you before go-live.
Once the final selection is made, you invite the chosen person from Pescheck against the vacancy that came from concludis. If your API access does allow applicant data, the team looks at what can run automatically instead. We will not promise a candidate sync before that has been confirmed for your account.
Most groups use a short base package for everyone, such as identity and right to work, and add checks per role type: a Führungszeugnis for jobs with children, patients or security, diplomas and references for specialists, and PEP and sanctions screening in finance. You define these packages once and reuse them across all entities.
Not by default. Results and progress live in Pescheck, where authorised recruiters per entity read the report. Showing status in concludis would only be possible if your API access supports it, and ID scans or certificates are never copied into the ATS.
