In Bob, a new hire becomes an employee record with a start date, and onboarding flows assign tasks to HR, IT, the manager and the new starter. A background check fits in that window, after the contract is signed and before day one. For roles in finance, with access to customer data or production systems, or in leadership, many companies make it a standard step. When an existing employee moves into such a role, the same check can start from their record.
Without an integration, HR copies each person's details into a separate tool. With the integration, the check starts from the person who is already in Bob.

Pescheck connects with HiBob through Kombo, an integration platform for HR software that many HR tech vendors use. Your HiBob admin authorises the connection once with HiBob's API credentials. In Pescheck you choose which checks belong to which roles, and our integration team helps you map this to your Bob setup, such as departments, sites or employment types.
