Sensitive documents stay in Pescheck
ID scans and certificates stay in Pescheck's ISO 27001 certified environment, not in your HR system. The report is available to authorised users in Pescheck.
Where screening fits in a Tellent HR workflow
Tellent HR is where a new hire becomes an employee: the record is created, onboarding journeys start and the first working day gets planned. That makes it a natural moment for a background check, before or right after the contract is signed and before the person gets access to systems, customers or money. For roles with more responsibility, HR can also re-screen existing employees, for example after a promotion into a finance or management position.
Without an integration, HR copies names and email addresses into a separate screening tool and tracks the outcome by hand. With the integration, the screening starts from the person who is already in Tellent HR.
