Where screening fits in a TriNet workflow
In TriNet, a new hire is set up as an employee: personal details, role, payroll and benefits. That onboarding moment is where a background check fits, before the contract is final or before the first working day. For companies that also hire in the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe, those checks need to follow European rules, such as a Dutch certificate of conduct (VOG) and GDPR-compliant handling of documents.

You choose in Pescheck which checks apply to which roles, such as ID, criminal record, diploma, references, employment history or PEP and sanctions screening, and our integration team helps you map that to your setup.
