Sensitive documents stay in Pescheck
ID scans and certificates the candidate uploads stay in Pescheck's ISO 27001 certified environment, not in your HR system. The report is available to authorised users in Pescheck.
Where screening fits in an Emply workflow
In Emply, applicants move through the recruitment flow your team has set up per position, from application and selection to interviews and the final choice. A background check usually belongs at the end: once you have a preferred candidate and before the contract or first working day. Because Emply also handles onboarding, screening fits naturally in the handover from hiring to starting.
Without an integration, HR copies the candidate's details into a separate screening tool and checks back later for the result. With the integration, the screening starts from the candidate who is already in Emply.

In Pescheck you choose which checks belong to which roles, such as ID verification, criminal record, diploma, references or employment history, and our integration team helps you map this to your Emply setup.
