PeopleXD is the system of record for employees, so screening usually connects to the moment a person becomes an employee record: a new joiner between offer and first day, or an internal move into a role with stricter requirements. Without an integration, HR copies names, email addresses and job titles from PeopleXD into a separate screening tool and keeps track of progress in spreadsheets. With the integration, the screening starts from the person who is already in PeopleXD.

You decide in Pescheck which checks belong to which roles or departments, such as ID, employment history, references, diplomas, PEP and sanctions or credit checks, and our integration team helps you map this to your PeopleXD setup.

Yes. Pescheck connects to PeopleXD, the Access Group platform that grew out of CoreHR, through Kombo. Joiners and employees are sent to Pescheck from their PeopleXD record, and the screening is ordered and followed there, with status in PeopleXD where its API allows.
Yes. Job title and organisational unit come over from PeopleXD, so in Pescheck you can attach a heavier package to, say, finance or public-facing services than to back-office teams.
Start the check from the transfer step you already use in PeopleXD. The employee's details are already there, so moving someone into a regulated or sensitive role gets the same documented check as a new joiner.
